WISH REMINDER (posters)



To wish is to believe. To wish is to want to achieve someting and wishing sets goals and gives sense to your life.
But to wish demands not only an ideia but also work, hard work. To have that thing just the way you want it, you need to remind and reinvent your wish. You need to work on that.
Make a list, ask a friend for help, work day and night but don't stand in life like a lost kid, go out there and make a wish. Because life isn't always easy, because it's better to wish than to live without wishing at all, take a pen and put your best wish in this wish reminder and at least once in your life time, make your wish come true.

da dupla O-I-R e seleccionador musical, por prazer, por dinheiro, para o que der e vier.
Porque acredita na vida extra-terrestre, tenta não limitar as suas escolhas musicais apenas a uma linguagem. Não gosta de muesli preferindo special k regado com leite e nesquick.
Um dos seus objectivos é ambientar musicalmente um pequeno almoço onde sirvam uvas de todos os tamanhos e feitios.

"Teppe Watanabe nasce no Japão, que deixa aos 19 anos para ser admitido no departamento de música da Universidade de Los Angeles, EUA. Antes de Portugal passa pelo Brasil, Itália, França e Espanha onde contacta com diversas sonoridades. As viagens e as pessoas com quem se vai cruzando são aquilo a que chama viver. Lisboa foi a cidade de eleição porque Teppe se perdeu de amores por ela. Dedica-lhe uma canção mas não se quer ficar por aí, o que ele quer mesmo é dedicar-lhe o resto da sua vida."

Lapboard, in a free translation, means a wooden board where we can draw over it. We use it in our lap when there is no table or other strict support for the paper.
Draw on your knee is a Portuguese expression for drawing quickly, on a rush. Can also be understood as drawing spontaneous.
Lapboard is a group of quick registrations on chair boards, where I build narratives from symbolic objects, portraits or abstract landscapes. The exhibition is completed with 3 compositions from my sketch boards.

"Training and working as a ceramicist in London
Portuguese designer Deborah Daniel has had plenty of
experience with hands on work.Exhibiting both in her
home country and in the UK has had an undoubtable
influence on her work and general view of the world.
"I love Japanese Manga and the old school animation.I
grew up watching Candy Candy,Moo min and Marco amongst
many others.I guess it's had a huge influence on me. I
love making things...cute things with a slight dark
side to them!"
Munano started as a stall selling in craft fairs and
in Brick Lane's Sunday Upmarket, a highly respected
and influential market place in the east end of London
that many well known designers use as a referral and
inspiration for their own creations.
Now Munano is going global.We sell in shops in London,
Rennes and Lisbon.
Every stitch is sewn with love and with the hope that
they capture the innocence and fun of a world
sometimes overlooked.
